Houlihan Lawrence Welcomes Vicki D’Agostino as Sales Leader of the Scarsdale Brokerage

Houlihan Lawrence recently announced the appointment of Vicki D’Agostino as Sales Leader of the company’s Scarsdale brokerage. In this role, D’Agostino will oversee one of the region’s top-performing luxury real estate offices, supporting agents through strategic coaching, business development, operational leadership, and culture building.

A respected brokerage leader with decades of experience across New York and Connecticut, D’Agostino is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong industry relationships, and ability to drive office performance in highly competitive markets. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strengthening agent productivity, enhancing office culture, and supporting long-term business growth.

D’Agostino joins Houlihan Lawrence with leadership experience at Compass, where she oversaw multiple real estate offices throughout Southern Westchester and Connecticut, as well as prior roles at William Raveis.
