When you join, you'll be featured on our website in our Affiliate Member Directory. You will also be eligible to serve on HGAR committees and get fantastic networking opportunities at our events.

Benefits to the HGAR Affiliate Membership include:

  1. Affiliate Directory listing on HGAR.com. This includes a description of your company, your logo, your social media handles, and member headshot. A live link to your website and a contact form is provided for direct new business leads. 
  2. Inclusion in Real Estate In-Depth, HGAR’s official digital publication. This includes a welcome mention and the opportunity to submit press releases, news articles and other information for publication. All submissions must have relevancy to the real estate industry and are subject to approval. All submissions may be edited for clarity and length. 
  3. Inclusion in one of our monthly Affiliate Member welcome emails. This welcome message is sent to our 13,000+ members and posted in our social media channels. 
  4. Free subscription to weekly HGAR communications. This includes the “HGAR Insider” with event updates, member benefits, and news.
  5. Opportunity to Host a “Breakfast with Benefits” or "Lunch & Learn". Your company can sponsor and/or create educational sessions for HGAR REALTORS®. These sessions have an additional sponsorship fee, and you must be an affiliate member to sponsor. 
  6. Networking Access to major HGAR events: including the Installation Gala, Members Day, Broker Seminars, CID events, RPAC, Foundation fundraisers and the Holiday Party in December.
  7. Priority Access to Sponsorships for HGAR events and programs. 
  8. Participation in HGAR Member Perks, offering discounts and special offers to REALTORS®.
  9. Eligible to submit for the Affiliate Member of the Year recognition.
  10. May Serve on Select HGAR Committees.
