Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Announces Five Westchester Lease Transactions
Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has announced five new lease transactions totaling more than 8,000 square feet at properties throughout Westchester County.
The transactions span Larchmont, Ossining, Mount Kisco, White Plains and Irvington and include tenants in the nonprofit, personal services, technology, wellness and recreation sectors.
In Larchmont, Arc Westchester leased 3,000 square feet at 2365 Boston Post Road. The organization provides services and support to children, teens and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Russ Detres of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.
In Ossining, Pilar Salon leased 2,000 square feet at 161 Main Street. Rich Aponte of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented both the tenant and landlord.
Evolytix, a Ridgefield, Conn.-based software development company, leased 1,152 square feet at 45 Kensico Drive in Mount Kisco. Sean Campbell of SG Realty at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the landlord.
In White Plains, boutique wellness center Synatta Studios leased 1,000 square feet at 280 Dobbs Ferry Road. Detres represented the landlord in the transaction.
Viable Strategies also signed a lease for just over 1,000 square feet at 3 West Main Street in Irvington. The location will serve as the company's new home for its hydrofoil surfboard business. Detres represented Viable Strategies.
The collection of transactions reflects leasing activity across several Westchester commercial markets and a diverse mix of businesses seeking space throughout the county.
