Google Expands Real Estate Listings Ads Nationwide

Google has announced the nationwide expansion of its real estate listings ads experience on mobile search results, making the feature available across all 50 states.

The new ad format allows real estate professionals to showcase property listings directly within Google Search. Users can browse available homes, view property photos, pricing, and key details, and connect with agents or brokers through the listing experience.

According to Google, the expanded offering is powered through a partnership with HouseCanary, which provides access to MLS-sourced listing data. The company said the rollout is intended to help real estate advertisers reach more potential buyers as consumers increasingly begin their home search online.

The listings ads appear when users search for homes for sale and are designed to provide a more visual, property-focused search experience. Advertisers can promote active listings and direct consumers to additional property information through their websites.

Google noted that the feature builds on a pilot program previously available in select markets and is now being expanded nationwide. The company said the broader rollout will provide real estate professionals with another way to connect with prospective homebuyers through Google Search.

More information about the program is available through Google's Ads & Commerce blog.
