Every HGAR REALTOR® member has the opportunity to subscribe to OneKey® MLS, the largest multiple listing service in New York. When New York REALTORS® join OneKey® MLS, they become subscribers to the largest broker-to-broker network in New York State, with approximately 50,000 subscribers.

Who Can Hold a Subscription to OneKey® MLS?
If you hold a New York State Real Estate license or a New York State Appraiser license and hold REALTOR® Membership (or joining) the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) you’re eligible for a OneKey® MLS subscription.
How to Subscribe to the MLS
Broker/Owner/Appraiser Applicants
Submit an MLS Participant (Broker/Owner) Application along with payment and complete the MLS orientation program (schedule included with application) within ninety (90) days after access has been provided. The orientation program will inform you of the rules and procedures of the Multiple Listing Service. Participants are billed monthly for their MLS Subscription. Participant's fees are billed monthly.
Agent (Associate Broker/Salespersons) Applicants
Your Broker and the office you are affiliated with must subscribe to OneKey® MLS. Submit a Subscriber/Agent Access Application along with payment to gain MLS access. Agent’s MLS fees are billed annually.
Do you hold REALTOR® Membership with another REALTOR® Association? If yes, please submit a "Letter in Good Standing" for the current year from your Primary REALTOR® Association along with your MLS application and payment.
Appraisers
If you are only looking for MLS Sold Data you can apply to have MLS Sold Data Access.

Once your application has been submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed you will receive a welcome email with instructions to complete the registration process. It will also include your New Member Orientation Date (if applicable).
OneKey® MLS Market Area
Our comprehensive Regional MLS covers properties from Montauk to the Catskills, including Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties. It also includes the New York City boroughs of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, plus Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island.
