Broker/Owner/Appraiser REALTOR® Membership

When you join HGAR, you’re gaining access to an array of advanced tools, professional development opportunities, and valuable resources to help you build your business.

Member fees include local ($260), state ($120) and national REALTOR® ($156 + $45 Public Image Assessment) dues. All dues are pro-rated based on the month you join HGAR, so you only pay for services received. Dues are billed annually. REALTOR® dues are not refundable.

What you need to join as a Broker, Owner or Appraiser:

A valid New York Real Estate Broker’s or Appraiser license
Completed HGAR REALTOR® application
Payment
Register for the Required New Member Orientation (schedule included with application)
Please note that OneKey® MLS access is a separate application

Information on joining OneKey® MLS

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your completed application. Once processed, you will receive a welcome email with information regarding the next steps to complete the New Member Registration.
The email will also include your New Member Orientation Date (if applicable).

Already a REALTOR®?

If you already hold membership in another REALTOR® association, you can join HGAR as a secondary member. In this case, you'll only pay local dues to HGAR ($240). In addition to the above list you will need to submit:

A letter in Good Standing from your primary REALTOR® association, stating that the current year’s State & Nation dues have been paid.
Your NRDS #
HGAR’s New Member Orientation is NOT required for secondary members.
