Weichert, Realtors Rockland County Office Earns Top Regional Honors in April

NANUET - The Rockland County Regional Office of Weichert, Realtors has been recognized for exceptional performance across the company’s regional network during the month of April, highlighting continued momentum in the Hudson Valley real estate market.

According to the company, the Nanuet based office achieved the highest dollar volume in the Weichert sales region while also leading the region in new listings and revenue units. The office is led by Regional Manager Karen McCabe.

Several top producing associates from the office also received individual recognition for their accomplishments. Joanne Vanaria earned top honors in the region for highest dollar volume, while Beth Siciliano shared recognition for generating the most listings and sales during the month.

The Weichert sales region includes offices throughout Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties in New Jersey, along with New York City and several counties across the Hudson Valley, including Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, and Westchester.

The recognition reflects continued activity across the regional housing market as brokerages compete for inventory during the spring selling season. Offices that successfully secure listings remain especially well positioned in today’s market environment, where housing supply continues to remain relatively limited in many communities.

Founded in 1969, Weichert, Realtors has grown into one of the nation’s largest family owned real estate organizations, offering services that include residential real estate, mortgage, title, insurance, and home protection solutions.
