Six Leases Totaling 34,200 Square Feet Bring White Plains Office Building to 85% Occupancy

WHITE PLAINS, NY — TKF Burnside Real Estate Partners has announced six new and renewed office leases totaling approximately 34,200 square feet at 360 Hamilton Avenue in downtown White Plains, bringing the property's leased occupancy to 85%.

The real estate investment and operating company, founded by Ric Clark and Dennis Friedrich, acquired the approximately 400,000-square-foot Class A office building in February 2026. The recent transactions reflect continued leasing activity in the city's central business district.

The six transactions include three new leases and three renewals:

  • CPL Architects, 7,700 square feet, represented by Michael McCall of CBRE.

  • Senior Whole Health of New York, 6,500 square feet.

  • Itochu Specialty Chemicals, 3,300 square feet.

  • Flagstar, an 8,000-square-foot renewal, represented by Michael McCarthy of Cushman & Wakefield.

  • Viner Finance, a 6,300-square-foot renewal, represented by Mark Jacobs of JLL.

  • CFC Real Estate, a 2,400-square-foot renewal.

The leasing activity comes amid signs of increased demand for Class A office space in Westchester County. According to Newmark, the exclusive leasing agent for 360 Hamilton Avenue, countywide office leasing during the first half of 2026 increased 13% compared with the same period in 2025.

Newmark also reported that downtown White Plains commands the highest Class A office asking rents in Westchester County, underscoring the city's position as a major commercial business center.

Located in the heart of downtown White Plains, 360 Hamilton Avenue offers access to transportation, restaurants, retail and other amenities that continue to attract businesses seeking centrally located office space.

The property's leasing performance also reflects a broader trend among office tenants prioritizing quality buildings, convenient locations and workplace amenities as companies evaluate their long-term space requirements.

The latest transactions add to commercial real estate activity in downtown White Plains, where ongoing redevelopment and investment continue to reshape the city's business district.
