Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United Appoints Rebecca Kane as New Team Leader

MIDDLETOWN—Rosemarie Pelatti, Operating Partner and Managing Broker of Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United recently announced the appointment of Rebecca Kane as its new Team Leader.
Kane has been deeply rooted at the KW Hudson Valley United Market Center since 2015. She built her agent business there, rose to numerous leadership opportunities along the way and lifted others to grow with her.

As Team Leader, Kane will focus on agent growth and development, as well as empowering entrepreneurs at KW Hudson Valley United and across the Hudson Valley to build thriving real estate businesses.
Located at 51 S. Broadway, the eight-story multifamily property was completed in 2025 and includes studio, one- and two-bedroom residences.
The project reflects broader efforts in Ossining to encourage new housing and mixed-use development within its established downtown.
The nonprofit plans to redevelop the property as the first WYSE Clubhouse, bringing youth athletics, mentorship and development programs together under one roof.
