Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Secures 20-Year Lease at 1235 – 1245 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers

RYE BROOK, NY (June 2026) – Peter Chen of Houlihan Lawrence has announced the successful 20-year triple net lease with two lots combined for a 71,508 SF fully turn-key auto dealership at 1235-1245 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers. The space was formerly leased to Yonkers Kia.


The new tenant, Yonkers Auto Group, is looking to bring major franchise Mitsubishi Motors with new and used vehicles, an integrated service station, showrooms and a parts department. It will be their flagship location in Westchester County.


Peter Chen represented both the landlord and the tenant at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.
