Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Announces Sale of 542 Warburton Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY (October 2026) -- Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has announced the sale of 542 Warburton Avenue in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, for $985,000.

The approximately 4,995-square-foot, three-story property is located in the heart of downtown Hastings-on-Hudson along the village’s primary commercial corridor. The building offers frontage along Warburton Avenue as well as rear exposure and access from the adjacent municipal parking area. The property was sold by Jisaw, Inc. to Andrew Goldman, who secured a well-located mixed-use building in one of Westchester County’s most desirable riverfront communities.

Michael Rackenberg of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

“542 Warburton Avenue offered a rare opportunity to acquire a substantial mixed-use property right in the heart of downtown Hastings,” said Rackenberg. “The combination of its Warburton Avenue frontage, access from the municipal parking area and central location made this a very compelling acquisition. It was a pleasure working with both the buyer and seller to bring the transaction to a successful close.”
