The groundbreaking ceremony for Park Square Yonkers will take place on Tuesday, July 21, at 1 Loehr Place in Yonkers.
The event will include Mitchell Del Gais, Senior Executive of Titan Real Estate Development LLC, Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano, and City, County and State officials.
Park Square Yonkers is a $185 million, 500,000-square-foot mixed-use development that will include 340 residential units, with 10% designated as affordable housing, as well as 20,000 square feet of prime street-level retail space.

The property, located at 34 Gleneida Avenue, occupies a highly visible location across from the Putnam County Courthouse and overlooking Lake Gleneida.
