At the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors our focus is clear: to provide members with the tools, resources, and insights that directly strengthen their business. We monitor industry shifts, anticipate emerging trends, and deliver programming that ensures you stay competitive in a changing market. From data-driven reports and professional development opportunities to advocacy efforts and new technology tools, our goal is to give you actionable advantages that support your success as a Realtor, a business owner and a community leader.

That’s why our annual Member Appreciation Day has been transformed into “ IMPACT: The HGAR Member Experience ,” a fresh, fast-paced, one-day event designed to inspire, inform, and empower. On Sept. 29, 2025, at The Sonesta Hotel in White Plains, you’ll find more value, more interaction, and more ways to grow your business than ever before.

This year, we’ve moved away from the traditional breakout schedule and created a program that’s streamlined and impactful. Our sessions are dynamic, panel-driven, and represent data and details in all the regions and communities HGAR members serve.

We’re proud to welcome keynote speakers from the National Association of Realtors, including Nykia Wright, NAR’s CEO, Jarrod Grasso, NAR’s Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, as well as a special session from Lawrence Yun, NAR’s Chief Economist, providing his expert forecast on the national housing market and its local impact.

You’ll also be among the first to see the results of the Commercial Retail Mapping Report, presented by David Nogue, Founder and CEO of Eixos, with a comprehensive look at regional retail and economic development opportunities that could influence investment and commercial growth.

This year’s IMPACT isn’t just bigger, it’s BETTER, with brand-new opportunities for attendees, including:

RPAC Major Investor Lounge —A private retreat for RPAC Major Investors, featuring morning mimosas, light bites, networking, and a meet-and-greet with NAR leaders before their keynote.

Real Grader Digital Profile Reviews —Get a complimentary, personalized review of your online presence with tips to enhance visibility, credibility, and lead generation.

Access to HGAR Leaders —Meet HGAR’s Board of Directors, committee chairs, and volunteer leaders who are shaping our association’s future. Learn firsthand how to get involved in initiatives like the Leadership Accelerator Program, Global Business Council, Commercial & Investment Division (CID), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, and more.

One-on-One with Our Education Director —Explore new course offerings, continuing education options, and professional development paths that can help you sharpen your skills and stand out in the market.
IMPACT 2025 is about giving you tangible takeaways that you can put into action right away. You’ll find sessions covering:

Economic Forecasts —Hear from industry economists like Lawrence Yun on trends shaping housing and how to prepare your business.

Advocacy in Action —Discover how RPAC protects property rights and the real estate profession, and how your voice matters in shaping policy.

Technology & Marketing —Get actionable insights on building a stronger online brand, mastering digital tools, and leveraging data to generate leads.

And that’s just a snapshot. Between sessions, the exhibitor hall will be buzzing with vendors offering solutions for every part of your business, from marketing platforms to home inspection and accounting services, to loan officers and more, so you leave with not just ideas, but partners.

HGAR is more than a membership organization, it’s a professional home for Realtors in the Hudson Valley and beyond. Our goal is to deliver valuable experiences, programs, and advocacy that strengthen you as a professional and the industry as a whole.

IMPACT 2025 reflects that commitment. It’s an event that rethinks how we can give you maximum value for your time, whether you’re a brand-new licensee or a seasoned broker-owner. It’s about connecting you with the right people, information and opportunities to grow.

We know your time is valuable. That’s why this single day will be packed with everything you need: education, networking, business tools, and inspiration, all in one place.

I invite you to register now for IMPACT: The HGAR Member Experience HERE or go to www.hgar.com.

Let’s make an impact together.
