Final Phase of One Kingsland Townhomes Launched for Sale at Edge on Hudson

Phase Three Construction Advances at One Kingsland Townhomes in Sleepy Hollow Construction is nearing completion on the third and final phase of One Kingsland, a four-story townhome development located at 405 Legend Drive in Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County. Designed and developed by Sun Homes, the residential project yields ninety for-sale residences across five distinct model types.
The individual townhome residences range in size from 2,955 square feet to 4,140 square feet. Arranged in a low-rise configuration characteristic of the broader Edge-on-Hudson master plan, the structures feature massing that steps up to four stories and ends in private rooftop terraces. Exterior building façades combine brick and stone, accented by oversized Marvin windows and Juliet balconies on select units. Ground-floor entries are set back behind bluestone terraces, and each residence includes a direct-entry two-car garage. Among the layout options, the Ainsley and Hendricks models feature broader footprints and expanded roof decks positioned to provide views of the Hudson River, Kingsland Point Park, and the historic 1883 Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse.
In addition to the residential units, the project features a dedicated 2,400-square-foot resident clubhouse. Community amenities within the clubhouse structure include a catering kitchen, banquette dining, and a outdoor terrace patio furnished with high-top tables. The facility also features a club room with indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces and an adjoining 1,200-square-foot fitness center with open areas intended for yoga and stretching. Outdoors, the amenity area includes a 75-foot outdoor lap pool situated on a deck landscaped with planters and shaded greenery, accompanied by chaise lounges.
The property sits on land previously occupied by a General Motors assembly plant that remained vacant for decades prior to redevelopment efforts. Master developers Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development initiated the overarching Edge-on-Hudson master-planned community on the waterfront site. Sun Homes subsequently acquired the One Kingsland parcel to serve as the final townhome neighborhood within the larger 1,177-unit master development.
The surrounding Edge-on-Hudson community contains several other completed and active residential components. These include brownstones and loft condominiums developed by Toll Brothers, the Northlight and Emerson rental apartment buildings, and The Daymark condominium tower.
