Indelicato holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John’s University and a Juris Doctorate from Pace University’s School of Law.

Commissioner Indelicato commented, “I want to thank Mayor Spano for giving me the opportunity to work in an administration that has already accomplished an amazing amount of sustainable development and is committed to accomplishing even more. I know that the mayor is dedicated to providing Yonkers with safe and thriving communities. It is a privilege to be asked to head the dedicated and talented staff of the Department of Planning and Development under an administration that truly looks to the future.”
