Breaking News: Mayor de Blasio Says NYC to Fully Reopen on July 1

NEW YORK—New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said on an appearance this morning on the MSNBC Program Morning Joe that New York City will “fully reopen” by July 1.

The mayor said that at that time there would be no restrictions on restaurants and other businesses.
