Klein Lefkowitz Commercial Secures International Fitness Brand FS8 at Underhill Farms in Yorktown Heights
Pilates, Tone and Yoga Concept With More Than 100 Studios Worldwide Leases 2,441 Square Feet at The Homestead at Underhill Farms, Adding a Wellness Destination to Mixed-Use Development
YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NY (October 2026): The Klein Lefkowitz Commercial Team at Houlihan Lawrence Commercial has announced a lease of 2,441 square feet to FS8 Pilates-Tone-Yoga at The Homestead at Underhill Farms, 370 Underhill Avenue in Yorktown Heights, New York.
Garry Klein and Kenneth Lefkowitz of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented ownership in the transaction. Morrow Hill LLC represented the tenant.
Underhill Farms is a mixed-use redevelopment of the former Soundview Preparatory School campus. It combines 148 residential units with about 22,000 square feet of commercial space and preserves the property’s historic mansion. The development held its grand opening in May 2026, and the addition of FS8 brings a well-known wellness brand to its growing commercial component.
FS8 was founded in 2020 in the Australian suburb of Manly on Sydney’s northern beaches and now has more than 100 studios in 18 countries. Its 50 minute classes blend Pilates, tone and yoga into a low impact, high energy, full body workout designed for a wide range of fitness levels. FS8 is part of FIT House of Brands, which also includes F45 Training.
