Hudson Valley residents affected by the flash flooding in our region on July 9 are eligible for up to $2,000 towards mortgage*, rent, or a hotel stay due to the flood.
*If there is no mortgage on the home and damage was sustained, a resident may qualify for up to $1000.
DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION SUBMISSION EXTENDED TO NOVEMBER 15, 2023
The July 9th storm caused flash flooding in Highland Falls and other areas of the Hudson Valley.
Assistance is available to qualified applicants towards one of the following options:
- Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the Flooding Disaster.
- Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Flooding Disaster.
- Hotel reimbursement due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Flooding Disaster.
