Dr. Marsha Gordon is President & CEO of the Business Council of Westchester, a role she’s held since 2001, during which she has tripled the organization’s membership and become a leading advocate for regional economic development.

A connector at heart, she spearheads initiatives like the Westchester Innovation Network and served as president of Build the Bridge Now, accelerating the Tappan Zee Bridge project. Appointed by Governor Hochul, she co-chairs the Mid‑Hudson Regional Economic Council, securing over $850 million in investments for infrastructure, workforce training, and industry growth.

Dr. Gordon holds a B.A. from Brooklyn College, an MBA from Marist College, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Pace University.
