With over 20 years of experience across the East Coast, including leadership roles at TReND MLS and Bright MLS, Valerie is well-versed in guiding real estate professionals through technology-driven change. She has played a key role in more than ten major system conversions, MLS mergers, data shares, and structural reorganizations, consistently translating complex trends into actionable strategies.



A former New Jersey real estate education instructor, Valerie is passionate about empowering agents and associations with knowledge that drives real productivity. Whether facilitating at industry events or founding new training programs, she excels at bridging the gap between innovative tools and real-world application.
