Tony Ruperto is a Realtor and Broker/Owner of Ally Realty. Licensed since 2014, he is committed to expanding access to homeownership and addressing systemic inequities in real estate.

Tony serves in several local leadership roles, including 2026 President-Elect of HGAR. He is the founding Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Fair Housing Committee, and Young Professionals Network, and has been actively involved in multiple other committees. He serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and is a member of NAR’s Diversity Committee. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for the LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center in White Plains.



He has implemented bias-reducing practices at Ally Realty to promote fairer outcomes and believes homeownership should be accessible to all.
