Richard Haggerty, brings over four decades of experience in real estate leadership, including nearly 40 years at the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, where he served as CEO before taking the helm at OneKey® MLS in 2023. Under his leadership, OneKey® now serves more than 45,000 real estate professionals across the New York metro area and has expanded through key moves like the Mid-Hudson MLS acquisition.

Richard has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including service on NAR’s Professional Standards and AE Committees. Recognized as a RISMedia Newsmaker, LIBN Influencer, and Inman “MLS Reinvented” honoree, he is known for his thoughtful, strategic leadership and commitment to fair housing, innovation, and member success.
