Liz Nunan is a respected real estate executive with more than 30 years of industry experience. As President & CEO of Houlihan Lawrence, she leads the firm’s residential and commercial operations, overseeing 1,450 agents across 32 offices.

Under her leadership, the company continues to drive strategic growth and innovation across the New York metropolitan region.

Liz began her career in property management before holding key roles at Fox & Lazo Realtors in Philadelphia and Prudential Preferred Properties in the Washington, D.C./Virginia area. She later joined Houlihan Lawrence, where she built and led the company’s renowned Global Business Development team. She was named Chief Operating Officer in 2018, promoted to President in 2019, and became President & CEO in 2020.

A licensed real estate broker, Liz has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®, Hudson Gateway MLS, and Mid-Hudson MLS, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing the profession.
