Kevin Brown (AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Oakland, Calif., is the 2026 President of the National Association of REALTORS®. A second-generation real estate professional with 47 years of experience, he leads his family’s long-standing business and is broker-owner of Better Homes Realty and Brown Commercial Investment Real Estate Services, serving the Bay Area.

Kevin has spent over 20 years shaping real estate policy at the local and state levels, including serving as President of the California Association of REALTORS® in 2014. A longtime NAR leader, he has served on its Board of Directors since 2011, held multiple leadership roles, and testified before Congress. His focus has been on ethics, professionalism, housing affordability, and increasing inventory.
