With a background in public speaking, digital strategy, and training, James excels at transforming complex technology into approachable, practical solutions. Whether leading workshops, hosting webinars, or offering one-on-one support, his goal is to empower agents with the confidence to turn tools into results.

When he’s not at work, James is a proud father of three, an avid traveler, a home gardener, and actively engages with his local soccer club as both coach and president.
