Melissa G. Andrieux, Esq. is a Partner at Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP with over 20 years of litigation experience. As the firm’s Chief Impact Officer and Head of the Social Impact Consulting Group, she leads inclusion and belonging strategies that strengthen the firm’s culture and help clients develop their own initiatives.

Melissa is also deeply involved in business development and client relations. She has been a key contributor to the firm’s success and expansion, leveraging strategic partnerships and her extensive professional network.

A frequent speaker, she recently presented a CLE program to the New York State Legislature. She serves on the board of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and is Co-Chair of the DEI Committee. She is an active member of the Business Council of Westchester, serving as an Ambassador and mentor to new members.
