Jonathan J. Miller, CRE®, is President and CEO of Miller Samuel Inc., a real estate appraisal and consulting firm he co-founded in 1986.

He authors widely cited market reports for Douglas Elliman covering New York, California, Florida, and other regions, relied upon by media, government agencies, and financial institutions.

A state-certified appraiser in New York and Connecticut, Jonathan has testified as an expert witness in courts nationwide. He serves on the NYC Mayor’s Economic Advisory Panel and teaches market analysis as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University.

A respected commentator, he is frequently featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC, and other outlets.
