E Patrice acquired her real estate license in 2003 during her first career in architecture. Since then as a broker and instructor (NY, CT, MA & GA), she’s managed new home & mixed used developments and sold/leased individual properties, while training agents. Now broker/owner of The Designer Realty Group she combines sales, property enhancement and teaching to share her experience and love of architectural design and real estate.
