David Moore

David Moore has been financing real estate since 1996. His experience is inclusive of originations and management. David’s diverse skill set as a Manager is not limited to business development and sales, but also has involved overseeing loan processing, underwriting and funding of home mortgages. David has engineered all types of real estate loans for residential and commercial properties and applies this experience in his classroom teaching. He has authored 2 Department of State continuing education programs and has been instructing at the HGAR school since 2009.
