Dave Legaz, REALTOR®, retired NYPD Police Sergeant, Safety Author, 2021 NYSAR President, and the inaugural 2020 NAR REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee Chairperson, will share valuable insights on minimizing the risk of real estate professionals becoming targets of predators. Dave will discuss various predatory behaviors and steps agents can take to reduce the likelihood of getting into an unsafe situation while on the job.

Part 2 will be skills taught by Self Defense instructor Tito Hartz.

People who want to participate in Part 2 should come dressed in comfortable clothing and be ready to move. Waivers will be required to participate.
