HGAR Annual Dues Schedule - 2024
REALTOR® Membership
REALTOR® Membership dues are paid annually at $581.00.
These dues include HGAR, NYSAR & NAR dues. (See breakdown on fee schedule page of HGAR Realtor application).
HGAR REALTOR® Dues are prorated monthly:
January: $581.00
February: $536.00
March: $492.00
April: $447.00
May: $402.00
June: $358.00
July: $313.00
August: $268.00
September: $224.00
October: $179.00
November: $134.00
December: $90.00
There is an additional $100 Processing Fee for all NEW Members.
Dues are Non-Refundable
Previous REALTOR® Member:
- Dues are NOT prorated if you held Realtor Membership the previous year; the entire year’s dues are due at time of rejoining, PLUS a $100 late fee.
- Rejoining any time after a 1-year lapse in Membership; Prorated Dues, PLUS $100 Processing Fee are due at time of rejoining.

Annual Dues: $300
Applying after July 1st: $150
Additional Representative
Annual Dues: $100
Applying after July 1st: $50
Previous Affiliate Member
Affiliate dues are NOT prorated if you held Affiliate Membership the previous year; the entire year’s dues are due at the time of rejoining.
