Real Estate owned or REO is a term used in the US to describe a class of property owned by a lender, typically a bank, government agency or a government loan insurer. Frequently lending institutions hire real estate brokers to market and sell their REO inventories. This class reviews best practices when representing the lending institutions in the sale of real property and also reviews how to best prepare and represent a buyer through the REO transaction. An in-depth review of the HomePath program will be shared including qualifications, submissions of offers and providing the necessary documentation to bring about a successful transaction. * Meets Virtual Card Requirement.
