This CORE Requirement will give you the knowledge of regulations that guide our profession for the good of all and doing the right thing by you, your customers and clients, and fellow agents is essential for agents’ success. This class will look at the BIG picture of the various rules, regulations, and requirements of our profession and how they must be followed. Simply put, you cannot discriminate against anyone whether they are home buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, etc., due to any certain characteristics or personal bias.
