Sales Remedial or Gap Course - 30 HOUR (ZOOM)

This course is for those who were licensed prior to July 1, 2008 and want to become a broker or associate broker but do not have the pre-requisite 75 hour salespersons course. Subject matter consists of the topics not included in the original 45 hour sales course but are now required for any NYS New real estate license.

** A proctored final exam is required before the certificate of completion is issued and 19.5 electoral CE credits.

PLEASE NOTE: An applicant for a license as a real estate broker who, prior to December 21, 2022, successfully completed an approved 45-hour salesperson qualifying course taken prior to July 1, 2008, may take a 30-hour supplemental course, as provided for by paragraph (5) of this subdivision, and an approved two-hour continuing education course devoted to fair housing and/or anti-bias training; if successfully completed, they may be used by said applicant in conjunction with the 75-hour broker qualifying course towards satisfying the educational requirements for a license, as provided in Section 176.4 of this Part.
