Nar Joe HarrisJoe Harris joined NAR in 2015 and has also served as its Director of Federal Legislative and Political Affairs. His experience and years of relationships developed in Congress helped NAR navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. He also spent eight years on Capitol Hill working with Senator Joe Liberman (I-CT) and Congressman John Spratt (D-SC).

Get a historical overview of the Code of Ethics. Take a deeper dive into the Articles that can impact agents’ interactions with clients, customers, and peers. Review of Article 10 on discrimination and fair housing.  This class will also address the process of filing a complaint and the procedures involving its review.  Lastly, it’ll delve into the arbitration process and discussion of procuring cause.
