J. Philip Faranda

J. Philip Faranda is broker and owner of J. Philip Real Estate with offices in Westchester and Putnam counties. He has taught content on technology and social media, ethics and new agent orientation. He served as MLS Vice President from 2010-2013, and as HGMLS President in 2014. He was NYSAR Tech Chair in 2014. He also served as NAR subject matter expert (SME) on agent safety and served as charter President of the Beverly Carter Foundation, the pre-eminent organization advocating and educating for agent safety.

A native of Ossining, NY, he earned a BA in English from Villanova University in 1989 and is author of the Westchester Real Estate Blog at WestchesterRealEstate.net. He currently lives in Briarcliff Manor with his 4 children and rescued German Shepherd, Jake.
