The State of New York has declared a state of emergency for the entire State as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic.  Attendees acknowledge there is an assumption of risk to exposure to COVID-19 by attending any social events and any and all consequences and/or injury which may result from such exposure. It is strongly encouraged that attendees observe all COVID-19 safety protocols established by the proprietor of the establishment where any social event takes place and remain informed regarding CDC and NY State guidance relating to vaccinations, the wearing of masks, appropriate social distancing, wiping of communal/high touch contact surfaces, and the frequency of hand washing/sanitizing.  This disclosure is intended to assist you in making informed choices.  The decision to attend any social gathering is at the discretion of the attendee and not that of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
