Virtual Lobby Day

Lobby day is being held virtually this year on Tuesday, April 27.

There is no cost to register but any member or staff that wishes to participate in Lobby Day MUST register for the meeting.

The first 300 members/staff that register will receive a Lobby Day package in the mail from NYSAR.

To give NYSAR staff time to ship the packages to member/staff prior to Lobby Day, to receive a package, you must register before 12:00 noon on Friday, April 16.

Members/staff registering after that time, or after the first 300 registrants will be able to participate in Lobby Day but unfortunately will not be able to receive a Lobby Day package.

Lobby Day registration will be very similar to registering for the NYSAR business meetings, through the member portal at www.nysar.com.

While registering for Lobby Day, members will also be able to register for the RPAC of New York “School for Spies” virtual escape room event with a cost of $50.

Anyone wishing to participate in the RPAC event must register before Friday, April 23.

There will not be an opportunity for same-day registration for the RPAC fundraiser.

1. Login to the NYSAR portal using your NYSAR login codes.
2. On the left side – NYSAR Portal

• Register
• Select whether you’d like to attend the virtual RPAC fundraiser on Monday, 4/26
• Click “continue registration”
• Click “continue” (again)
• You should then see the confirmation page and receive an email confirmation.
