Lobby Day is one of the most important events of the year, so please plan on joining us in Albany on Tuesday, May 7 to meet your NY State Senators and Assembly members. We’ll be discussing some very important issues like making the 2 percent Property Tax Cap permanent, stopping transfer tax hikes, eliminating mortgage recording taxes, providing relief from NYS mansion tax and much more!   The NYSAR gathering will be in the Concourse Rooms 1 through 5.

We will be running two buses to Albany. One will leave from Whole Foods in White Plains and will make an interim stop at DeCicco’ s Market in Brewster. The other will leave from the HGAR West Nyack offices and will make an interim stop at the rear center entrance of the Newburgh Mall.
