Friday July 14, 2017
9:00 am - 10:30 am
HGAR White Plains

What is an REO- Real Estate Owned Property?   Real estate owned or REO is a term used in the U.S. to describe a class of property owned by a lender—typically a bank, government agency, or government loan insurer—after an unsuccessful sale at a foreclosure auction.

Anyone can buy a bank-owned REO, but there are some challenges, such as learning what’s required to purchase an REO property, reaching the correct decision-makers at the bank or agency, filing the correct paperwork, and coordinating the sale with your client.  You’ll also learn how to market and sell REO inventories.

Join Dorothy Botsoe, FANNIE-REO Broker Specialist and Associated Mortgage Bankers for this interesting and informative FREE event.   This event is for HGAR Members only.

A Continental Breakfast will be provided.
